In our Web Development Studio, when the nature of your customer's concern exceeds the scope of the typical Web Developer’s ability, special Escalation Teams or Resolution Teams can be cultivated from some of our more seasoned agents.
The majority of our Supervisors begin their careers as entry-level employees. We seek out Web Designers, Developers, Web Programmers and Specialists with the highest qualities – dedication, diligence and work ethics – and provide them with opportunities to expand their responsibilities and opportunities to learn about their programs. Those who demonstrate exemplary professionalism and leadership are often selected for promotions into supervisory positions, or to some other position in the company toward which the agent might naturally gravitate.

Our Web Development Project Managers are usually responsible for teams of 15 employees or less. By micro-managing the workforce, our Project Managers ensure that our employees perform to the best of their abilities. They monitor the workload in real time and can request allocation of the workflow to specific team members to make sure that your company's needs are met. The Web Development Project Managers also often contribute to Escalation Teams and Resolution Teams.
